Servant leadership is a philosophy that involves focusing on others (i.e. your employees), and focus on their success, and in turn build better professional relationships that can benefit both manager and employee.
The Creative Problem Solving training will give participants an overview of the entire creative problem solving process, as well as key problem solving tools that they can use every day. Skills such as brainstorming, information gathering, analyzing data, and identifying resources will be covered throughout the workshop.
Through this workshop your participants will become more confident and relaxed in front of an audience which will translate into a successful speaking event . The Public Speaking trainign will give you some basic public speaking skills, including in-depth information on developing an engaging program and delivering your presentation with power.
